We had the pleasure of having Lee around to the property to provide a valuation and we were really impressed with the service.
We required a quick appointment and he was able to fit us in the next day.
He arrived on time and, after a show around the house, explained how valuations are made. He had brought along details of similar properties in the area that had recently sold so that a comparison could be made. He had also researched our property prior to his visit and was able to show us details and information including the size of the plot and history of planning applications etc
He advised what his valuation of the property was but also sent this through via email the same afternoon.
It was a very smooth process and at no time did we feel pressured or obligated to use their service however decided that we certainly would do business with them.
I would highly recommend Lee and his branch.

From the initial valuation, through to the completion everyone at Your Move Longfield has been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
The communication has been the biggest positive in our experience. We were very grateful that the team kept us regularly updated and were very proactive in obtaining information from both our conveyancer and our forward purchase.
Moving is a stressful time, but thanks to Lee and the team, it was less so.
