Having taken out a GAP policy to protect myself against my finance agreement, I unfortunately had to claim due to my car being stolen.

A payment was offered from my insurance company and Catherine Tagliata had stated AMS were happy with the settlement figure - i was deducted 10% and explained this to Catherine at the time. No remarks were made at this time about me not retrieving the 10% back through my policy.

Once the settlement was paid Catherine had stated that the 10% was not due to be paid by AMS as this was deductions from the insurance company....So after they had told me to accept payment and a settlement I am now £1800 less off.
