I had an absolutely great experience in dealing with Sonam the mortgage adviser. She listened to my needs and provided different mortgage options to suit my needs. She was very clear in the information she communicated to me and was very helpful. After I left I realised I had a couple of queries. She took me through all my options in plain English so I understood exactly what I was signing up for. She investigated different situations further to make sure that I was getting exactly what I needed.
Sonam did her research and helped me with every aspect of the mortgage process, from deciding on the lender, recommending surveyors all the way through to buildings and contents insurance.
