I contacted Inna following an excellent review from a friend whom Inna had successfully secured a mortgage for.

Inna was efficient from the get go. I was a person banks would not touch with a barge pole, poor credit history, low income, substantial debts however inna helped me formulate a plan that was realistic for me to achieve.

I was worried about the mountains of paperwork and documents the application would require however Inna was great in ensuring it was painless as possible, the application itself was a smooth quick process and fees very reasonable.

The communication between Inna and myself was excellent, she would respond on time and do what she said she would .

Within weeks of the application, I had secured an excellent mortgage with a great rate from a high street bank, Inna helped me to achieve what I didn’t think possible.

Unfortunately my current mortgage was joint with an ex that would not play ball, cue 2 gruelling years of court battle however Inna did not stop there, she followed my journey, heard my frustrations, reassured me and chased up my legal teams when I no longer had the energy to, bearing in mind, none of this was part of her role as a broker.

We finally secured another mortgage and transferred my current home into my sole name, another dream I did not think would come true.

Inna had great contacts who she could recommend for various different areas such as legal teams and this helped immensely as it was all about the trust .

Inna has gone above and beyond and I don’t think there are enough stars to reflect this review, she remained professional throughout and delivered what she said she would, she made realistic goals and in this way, we formed an excellent working together relationship, she made the impossible possible!
