My gas boiler was due for a service, Lewis was the gas engineer who called on behalf of my insurance company. He explained that the boiler was leaking inside so it was unsafe, and needed to be turned off. He then discussed options with me,and found a quote for a replacement boiler and rearranged his diary,so he could come the next day to install the new boiler. The work was carried out efficiently, and everything cleared up. Lewis and Charlie were very friendly and pleasant to have around. I also appreciate that essential information regarding the warranty and regulations were sent promptly by email. So grateful to have my heating and hot water back on. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lewis and LJN Plumbing and Heating, and call on them again if necessary. Thank you

Excellent customer service from start to finish from Lewis. Clearly knows what he is doing and he managed to get things sorted quickly for me so I wasn’t without heating and hot water for too long. Both he and Charlie were a pleasure to have in the house. I would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing or heating issues. Thank you.

Lewis fitted a new boiler for me, the rates were good and he re-arranged his diary to fit it quickly as I had no hot water. Lewis explained how my new boiler worked and kindly set up the timer for me. I was very impressed with the work and decided to have 3 bigger radiators fitted. All work was carried out professionally to a high standard and the house was left very clean and tidy. Lewis was friendly, reliable, turned up when he said he would and communication was excellent. Good reliable tradesman are rare these days, but Lewis is one of them and I would happily recommend him.

LJN Plumbing did a brilliant job. They were very thorough. Due to the nature of the job, many of the pipes are on show, but they have been installed extremely neatly. Central heating system was cleaned, flushed and tested with some useful advice provided about economical use of the heating controls.
I would definitely recommend using LJN Plumbing.

Found Lewis on check a trade. He came to me last minute for an awful drain blockage and stayed until it was sorted properly despite the conditions. He also fitted a tap and water filter the previous day so knew he was someone I could trust. Definitely recommend!

Lewis was sent to me via my boiler insurance company after my very old boiler broke. He gave me some great guidance in regards to boiler insurance companies and sorted out a new boiler for me. The job took a day, and then he also sorted my radiators so they are more efficient.
He then proceeded to explain in detail how my boiler worked and was overall extremely informative and helpful. Very happy.

Lewis recently replaced six radiators in our house and moved the position of one and replaced with a tall wall radiator (photo attached to review). All the new radiators look great! We were very happy with the speed of the works and the tidiness upon completion. He was very courteous and engaging when we were deciding on the works needing to be carried out. The price of the quote didn’t change and we would recommend Lewis to anyone needing plumbing works carried out.

Lewis came to look at my boiler as an emergency call out. When it was clear that my boiler was beyond repair, he discussed options shared his knowledge and provided me with a quote that evening. I never felt pressured. He moved his diary about to accommodate fitting a new boiler given I had no heating or hot water. I’m very pleased with his work. He was trustworthy, turned up when he said he would, remained in contact and was very tidy. He is one of the only people who gave his honest opinion about the state of my old boiler and I trusted his view on the new boiler. I’m very happy and would recommend Lewis.
