We had concerns about subsidence. After a very helpful (and unhurried) conversation on the phone we booked a home visit. Lee was professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient - I want to raise a lot of matters. He walked and talked round the house with me then did a second comprehensive circuit himself. The follow up report was prompt, detailed and very useful. I should have done this years ago.

We had a very positive experience with AIM surveying LTD. Shortly after initial email from us we were contacted and appointment with Victoria was scheduled. We felt the visit was very thorough and at the end we received some initial answers to our most urgent questions regarding house’s structural issues. This was followed by the very detailed report with advisories of work required. We then contacted Victoria again to schedule cctv survey of drains, and the experience was once more, very positive. The exchanges between ourselves and the company were great and we felt that our concerns were listened to and provided with valuable advice. We will be recommending AIM surveying services and would definitely use their expertise in the future. 5/5

I had two defects to be diagnosed and opined upon in my home. Mr Lee McMullen came to inspect. I could not be more happy with his careful and thorough investigation, his detailed report including very many photos, suggested remedial work and cost estimates. Moreover, Lee has great talent and patience when discussing and answering laymen's questions on complex matters. Truly appreciated and most highly recommended!

I found this company very helpful in helping me fight the Insurance company. I had no doubt that the report could have gone against me. However, I feel more people should fight these insurance companies who try not to pay your claim. AIM Surveying have been honest and up front and easy to talk too. I have their details in my contact list, should I ever need them in the future.
