I can not rate or praise the team at CECPM highly enough, for the management of our apartment block and level of service. The correspondence and swift action when queries or concerns are raised is flawless. Special mention to Andrew, very grateful for all the help across the board and being an incredibly proactive manager.

CEC PM took over the Management three years ago. They have resolved many issues left by the previous Management company.

Very competitive with fees and very reasonable with any charges.

Having dealt with other Property Management companies, I have no hesitation in recommending CEC PM.

I am one of the directors for my block of flats and in 2019 we had to find a new management company due to issues with our previous one. CEC PM were recommended to me as a family run management company, who are highly professional, friendly and helpful by my aunt who has had them as her flats management company for a number of years. So, I contacted CEC PM and have never looked back they are fantastic.

The family are lovely and make it very easy to ask for advice or help with any issues that have come up over the last few years. They have sorted out all building and maintenance issues we have had quickly and efficiently.

It wasn’t until I dealt with CEC PM who are a small family run business, that I realised the service we had been getting from our previous management companies was not only severely lacking any genuine personal interaction but also the general service was awful.

I am very happy with CEC PM and the professionalism and service they provide.

They didn't inform us of any works being carried out. Their contractor drilled through the exterior wall into my sons bedroom. No acknowledgment whatsoever. Been left like this for 10 days and counting. No phone call, no note left through the door, nothing!!

Cecpm took over the management off a block we maintain in oxted. The previous management had the site left in a state of disrepair- floor tiles which weren't even stuck down, falling down walls, leaking garages and old rotten windows which were seriously dangerous.
CEC PM came on board and worked with residents and within a year the site was transformed. New windows, new carpets, new garage roofs and much more

As a contractor we often see the good and the bad management practices on sites and CEC PM definitely fall into the good management practice!
Well recommended! A lovely family business.

At first I thought this company would be great but time and again there has been excuses. Having done some research with previous properties who let them go once Sharon has had a bigger hand in the business it's turned to sh*t.
Not only that they way Sharon spoke to me after sending threatening letter, a lettern2 months early was astonishing. She claimed we never spoke at the end in April, yet I have the call logs to prove it. One of the most unprofessional people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. YOU CANNOT TRusT THIS PERSON OR COMPANY. Just a shame Andrew is allowing this SHARON CALLED ME UNPROFESSIOONAL FOR BEING ANGRY AT her for going back ON HER WORD, THEM CLAIMING CALLS NEVER HAPPENED WHICH I PROVED.
