We approached a few different estate agents around Nottingham and Derby trying to find a new home to rent at short notice, and viewed about 8-11 properties in a very short space of time.

Leaders in Long Eaton have been incredibly helpful, particularly C.J. who, upon me booking a viewing for one particular property also recommended that we book another viewing for a house which was less than 5 minutes away.

We're incredibly glad we took him up on this offer, because as soon as we saw the property we knew we had to put in an application, and we'll be moving in shortly!

Leaders have been great throughout what's always going to be a stressful time, and having an online portal for tenants and applicants is really helpful too, as it's easy to login and glance at what's what.

I had worst experience from leaders.Especially from the employees.After the tenancy period they started to steeling money from me as direct debit. the fun factor is they never took money as a direct debit during the tenancy.Whenever I call them for the refund they will tell me they will sort it out and will call back and they never called me back.If you don’t have money to run a business don’t run by steeling money from the customer.

Leaders Long Eaton is one of the most customer friendly estate agents I have ever come across. As a new renter completely new and unaware of certain laws and protocols etc, I felt quite confused about all of it, but Leaders, especially Louis who I have had the pleasure of liasoning with, explained everything to me. He made me feel very welcome and like my needs were his highest priority, he showed me a house today which was very nice and was more than helpful and went above and beyond to my questions. To anyone reading this looking for there first home, whether renting or buying, use leaders as your estate agents, you will not regret it.
