Excellent company to work with. Ashely came to survey my property and was very friendly and helpful, Lisa also provided fantastic support and guidance through the process. Shane the engineer was really helpful and knowledgeable about the system, and walked me through everything nothing was too much trouble for him and was very tidy with his work. We had not had our alarm serviced since we moved in and had no real idea what state it was in, we then had a smart meter fitted which put our electrics off for a considerable amount of time which then threw the alarm system off and it stopped working altogether. Desperate to resolve it before our holiday we called Mercury as they were local and they had good reviews. We were so impressed as they came out the very next day arrived exactly on time, checked over the whole system, diagnosed the issues and resolved it promptly. Lewis our technician was extremely professional and friendly we couldn't ask for better service and our alarm is good as new for a very competitive price. We were so impressed we have asked them to quote for further works. We would definitely recommend them 10/10

I contacted Mercury Fire and Security for a quote to carry out burglar alarm maintenance works required at a commercial unit in Nottingham. Ashley attended the site urgently as I’d requested and was very helpful on the day. A quotation was provided by Lisa who was very responsive via email answering all my questions before arranging two separate site visits as required. I recently had my alarm system up-dated and CCTV fitted and wanted to say what a highly professional company Mercury are. They did a great job, the guys were friendly and helpful, you know you are in trusted hands. You can always find cheaper, but in my opinion I don't think you will find better!
