This is the second time I have used Rachel’s services from the Mortgage Advice Bureau. She is amazing. Friendly, professional and ensures she gets the right product for you. The online system for uploading forms etc is easy to navigate. Ann then gets involved once the application has been submitted and she regularly keeps in contact to ensure everything goes smoothly and that all info is passed to your solicitor. I would not hesitate to recommend Rachel and her colleagues at the MAB and will certainly use them again when my 5 year fixed rate deal is coming to an end.
