ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I took out a policy with courtprice, after 6 months my circumstances changed and I no longer required this insurance.
I contacted courtprice multiple times to cancel my policy, every time they assured me it was cancelled then another payment would be taken,
When asking can they reimburse me for the payments they claimed they couldn’t do so because of their finance company.
I have contacted courtprice and asked to speak to managers still haven’t heard anything, they do not respond to emails.
After cancelling the direct debit with my bank I received an email from their finance company, I spoke with them directly at it turns out courtprice had never even contacted them to cancel my policy.
Avoid this company they are thieving scammers with no customer service.
