I feel the need to address some of the negative reviews here seem unfair. Rapid Relocate acts as an agent on behalf of the insurance company. They are the supplier, and all actions and approvals must come from the insurance company and loss adjuster. The real cause of delays and complications is the insurance company's failure to communicate and act promptly and efficiently. I am also experiencing similar issues with my insurance company.
However, I can confirm that the staff at Rapid Relocate work extremely hard to support frustrated clients, myself included. Unfortunately, they have to handle distressed clients while insurance companies avoid addressing issues directly. From my personal experience, I trust that my claim handler is consistently following up with loss adjusters for updates and necessary approvals. I hope their employer issues rewards and recognition for their hard work and commitment.

Rapid Relocate have been exceptionally kind, supportive and helpful with regard to our property search. I appreciate the effort it takes to make arrangements, bookings and search for properties (a thankless task sometimes!) and want to say thank you to the entire team for their amzing efforts.

I would also like to say a special thank you to Nicky. Her hard work, dedication, positive attitude and desire to help are nothing short of remarkable and a joy to behold.

Back in November, we had a serious house fire that rendered the home uninhabitable. Rapid Relocate were in touch within a day and organised accommodation at a local hotel.

In the following weeks, they organised the removals, storage and chased the Insurers to enable us to move into a suitable apartment for the duration of the building works required to make the house a home again.

Their dealings with the Lettings Agents on an interim property enabled the process of finding a place and the moving in to be done in a ridiculously short period time. I can't express how good that felt, given we feared we would be in the hotel for months.

They were extremely friendly and very efficient, making us feel supported and their communication was absolutely spot on. I would get regular calls and emails regarding the status of the many plates that were being spun on our behalf. That really made a huge difference.

I have nothing but praise for the team that we dealt with - a great bunch of people who were an absolute pleasure to deal with - that made a huge difference at was a very challenging, stressful and, often, an emotional time.

I can't recommend them enough!

We were flooded on 6th January and Rapid Relocate were asked to find us alternative accommodation. Tuta Miah has been our main contact and he has been helpful, kind and professional and his help has made what has been a very difficult and stressful time more bearable. Tuta has always got back to us whenever he said he would and has always gone the extra mile to do everything he could to help. Our experience with Rapid Relocate has been a very positive one.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, I have to settle for one star.

Well, where to begin with Rapid Relocate? Firstly, I'm not entirely sure what they actually did.

Our insurer, LV, referred us to Rapid Relocate to source alternative accommodation while essential work was done on our home. My advice is that if you are referred to them by your insurer, you should request an alternative option, as the quality of the service was appalling.

After being presented with only one option for relocation, which was unsuitable for our needs, we were left to source our own accommodation. Rapid Relocate could not find a second option in the city, which is filled with hotels, Airbnb, serviced flats, and apartments.

The level of internal communication at Rapid Relocate was, to say the least, farcical. Numerous phone calls to the company yielded the same message: our case was in line and waiting to be addressed.

We were given repeated assurances that a mysterious supplier would attend to our case and that we would receive a callback; however, none of these promises materialised. During each call to Rapid Relocate, I would explain my entire situation to one call handler, only to be transferred to another without a proper handoff, and then expected to recount my situation all over again.

We were due to vacate our property on Monday, but by Friday afternoon beforehand, we had received no response from Rapid Relocate. They had not addressed our inquiries or arranged alternative accommodation for us, and they had conveyed incorrect information about the status of our relocation to our insurer. We were left in a difficult situation.

They exacerbated an already stressful situation, and I truly cannot fathom what it must be like to work in such chaotic disarray.

Clearly, this is a company that is out of its depth – avoid, avoid, avoid.

I would give zero stars if I had the option. This company were appointed by LV insurance to source alternative accommodation for me and my young family following a house flood. I genuinely don’t know what they did. Weeks went by with no results and them actually chasing me to see if I found somewhere (sorry but that’s your job!). I found somewhere myself in the end despite being completely overloaded with all the pressures of looking after my family, job, property etc. Avoid them at all costs, they are clearly out of their depth and total shysters.

They have been really helpful with our situation after our home flooded, both in terms of finding emergency accommodation for a few days and then relocating to another hotel and later a short term let. Despite our needs, two adults and a dog they managed to keep a roof over our heads while our house is being repaired.

Abysmal, refit confirmed months ahead, accommodation not booked after being confirmed, second confirmed accommodation not booked, third accommodation not booked. Day of the decamp awaiting confirmation of the accommodation, arrive at the accommodation and not paid for.

Check in for accommodation late afternoon, despite decamp of all furniture being booked for 9am sharp.

Service Unfit for purpose. If you're insurer instructs them request an alternate provider as soon as you can.
