AVOID at all costs. Completely dishonest company. I was sent to these people via compare the market. Inputted all details 100% accurately. Paid in full. It wasn't due to take effect for another 10 days. Within 2 days of taking full payment, they emailed me threatening to cancel the policy and charge me an additional £75 unless I called them to confirm the details I entered were correct by 5pm that day. (If I didn't see that email, I wouldn't have even got this far..). I called and confirmed they were all correct. After their checks, they called me back to confirm everything I said was accurate. However they won't be insuring me anyway and will be keeping money for up to 7 days. Likely doing this to hundreds/thousands of people so they can keep all the money in their account and make money on the interest? No need to actually insure people or pay out that way is there.

Do not use this company at all costs!!!
I got a great quote trough compare the market proceeded with the quote to then have an email demanding i ring them by 5pm that day to confirm the details. I done this to then have an email back the following day saying they were adding another £156 to my premium as the details I input were incorrect. I checked them over again and they were not incorrect I asked them to email the proof to me that the details were incorrect on 3 separate occasions and never got a reply I was insured with them for 3 days before I cancelled my policy as I was not paying an extra premium they then refused to give my deposit back and have sent half of it back within 14 days as a good will gesture.

If I could give a 0 I would. I didn't read the reviews first but should have. They done the same to me! Now say I have seven days for refund of £0. but it's over £150. First of hand when I made payment they didn't even send me a policy out to say I'm insured this will destroy your life's like it is with mine major impact on money now. And was a high risk losing licence becuase of it nearly drove my car to work wow!!

Offered me one quote on comparison sites, I paid the deposit thinking this was it, then they called a few days later to advise they are adding £200 onto the original quote, they did say they will refund me the deposit I paid, I am waiting for this still to come through. Comes across as a scam, offering a quote on comparison to draw you in then calling you trying to sell you a higher premium rate, I would avoid as complete of my time

Roberto seems to have done all he could and managed to reduce my policy offer from a very strange evolution. These stars are strictly for him, not for the company!
I got a comprehensive cover for 477 GBP for one year and I paid in full. An email said I needed to call them and a broker told me that the initial offer was rejected for some intricate reason regarding a risk assessment in which some percentages were stated, with no support or evidence visible, and I was offered an alternate 770 GBP offer, which was almost double, even though the details I gave over the phone were the same as the ones I already have given online. I told the first person I talked to, I do not think it was Roberto, that I was considering reporting this to the FCA, and they gave me a lower price in about 1 minute. I insisted on asking for more details about the first rejected offer. I did not receive much more information, I did receive a form to request the information, and I will use it as soon as I find some spare time. But I also received a significantly lower offer of 576 GBP, which I had to accept, because I was very busy and I did not have time to shop around.
I think Roberto did a great job, communication with him was excellent, and we had no conflict of any sort, although I was receiving information I did not agreed with on our conversations. Thank you for your effort!

Please know these 5 star reviews below are fake. They aren’t even worthy of the 1 star. I’m a young 25 year old, it’s my first time sorting my own insurance out, I read carefully and signed & paid for a policy, I was rang back twice hours later to say I had been declined by that ‘provider’ and I had to pay an extra amount of £75 - and the insurance wasn’t due to start until 2 days later. I had asked to phone them back after thinking about it and discussing with my parents as it’s my first time doing this - and was haggled to stay on the phone and was given a discount to £50. In the end I agreed as I badly needed the insurance for work and had already paid them the only bit of money I had left. I then phoned my Dad to be told that it’s a crazy amount I had just sent (£230 in total) and to cancel it immediately and get my money back and find a cheaper quote elsewhere. So I phoned back, and was told I have to wait 30 days for my money back and also £75 is being taken off for cancellation fees. Although I was told on the phone before I agreed to the policy I had 14 days to cancel and get my money back - no one had mentioned any cancellation fees. I find this crazy considering the policy hadn’t even started (was due to start 2 days later) and the agreement was only spoke about 5 minutes prior. I highly recommend anyone to avoid this company I think it’s a massive rip off and they know exactly what they’re doing luring people on call. I am still waiting for my money back (it’s been 24 days since).. not including the £75 of course. I now have a new policy elsewhere over half the cost and they haven't called me once, haven’t requested any extra money like U Drive Cover have. Disgusting company and awful staff. Avoid avoid avoid!!!
