Absolutely appalling service! Despite being on site at the right points, queries raised OF THEIR OWN surveyors. So even if their own surveyors are happy with the detailing and tell you to proceed, at the end of the project they will try to disclaim all items and make it impossible to obtain certification. We have had quotes for post build warranties for less and even though they have been appointed before any works were carried out and have been to site and been given images of all other items, they refuse to be progressive. VERY DISAPPOINTING, Costly and unfair service!!
