We couldn't have asked for a better mortgage broker!! We're so glad they were recommended to us and we went ahead.
Andrew helped us with a total of 3 sales over the course of a year, 2 of which had unfortunately fallen through on the seller end. Excellent service from day one, Jamie is very attentive, understands the exact needs of the client, communicates well and keeps you in a loop of any mortgage rate changes that might benefit you. Both Jamie and David were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They explained our options, then found us a mortgage with a great rate very quickly. They then supported us through the process including updating us when rates on our deal improved. And it didn't cost us anything, would highly recommend.

Excellent service throughout the process of mortgage application from Jamie, we use Southwell Mortgage over 5 year now on more than one property. also pleased recommend him to our friends. He is very hands-on and very good at explaining the process and making sure he follows correct procedures to work within ethical guidelines, yet makes customers happy by educating whats right for us when making a mortgage by reassuring them the whole time. He is very friendly and proficient in checking and requesting the right documents, also more than happy to answer any questions that I had and was quick to respond to any enquiries that I sent to him. Cannot recommend enough this highly professional, positive and motivated person!
