If I could give this company zero stars I would!! From day one they’ve been a joke! We flooded with over a foot of water and the whole downstairs was destroyed. Loss adjuster came in and straight from the off he was saying stuff like oh we might be able to save the kitchen floor and we should be ok just cleaning this, bare in mind this was contaminated water that was in our house. Our house has been left in a state for 6 weeks and now the damp has risen and started cracking the walls and ceilings upstairs, causing further damage. Damaged caused by questgates and their negligence to our case. They’ve been delaying tests and ignoring emails. The emails we get back are condescending and show zero concern. We have been left to sort our own accommodation and we’ll probably be out of our property for a good 12 months, 6 months longer than planned because of their lack of service! They had the audacity to question a £16 receipt, despite us chasing them regarding the mould and damp that is getting worse by the day. What’s even better they are blaming another company for the lack of service provided. Daniel and Jack have a lot to answer for. Despite numerous requests to speak to a manager, nothing has come of this. Me and my family have been completely traumatised from losing our home and getting moved from place to place and for this company to neglect us has only added to our stress. My home is now a mouldy/damp shell and this company is to blame

My insurers had instructed Quest gates for a Loss adjuster claim.

A lady called Cilia had attended the property. She came across absolutely clueless and incompetent.

Should your insurance company suggest instructing Quest gates then avoid them.

Sadly this won’t allow a zero star - one star feels generous. Cowboy company. Had to take claim to Ombudsman and won- they don’t pride themselves on customer service as they like to state- they will stone wall, ignore, drag their heels, past the buck, they hope you go away, get tired, get busy with life, give up. The worst. I’d be ashamed to work for a company like this.

Been waiting 4 months to receive the accepted claim monies, been chasing for months, call every week to the loss adjuster have not answered once in that time. Emailed their manager no response, requested their complaints procedure again no response. Never get through to someone on their main line either. Would not recommend using them, poor customer service!

I’ve no idea how they manage to get 1.5 stars - probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. No communication, complete lack of interest in anything, no organisation skills, cannot do simple tasks or even make appointments. If you have any choice then go elsewhere. If they are foisted on you by your insurance company then don’t expect anything to happen or for anyone to keep you updated of informed. I’d give less than one star if I could.

Avoid this Company - instructed by NIG to settle my Property Damage Claim (Third Party claiming against NIG). After looking at their reviews I was tempted to cancel and instruct another Loss Adjustor. Matt Stirrup put on the Mr Nice Guy, "we are here to help.....we just want to settle the claim..." However, after following their instructions and supplying evidence to receive settlement offer, Matt reneges on his promise to call and settle within agreed timeline but completely lies about the reason he cannot settle and blames this on the Insured. I then called the Insured to ask why they were delaying my claim, not submitting evidence which turns out to be a complete lie & fabrication. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Disgraceful organisation employing underhand tactics to block a legitimate insurance claim while acting on behalf of our insurer. Refused to provide recording of calls when requested. I would advise anyone to avoid them. I will be making a complaint to our insurer and if that is also ignored I will be changing my insurer.
