Excellent service from Vanilla Financial Solutions when we were looking for a mortgage when moving house. Due to our house sale/purchase taking some time with several false starts, we contacted Katrina with our plans (different house prices, the possibility of let-to-buy, etc) and each time Katrina was so helpful and thorough. She explained the options and knew exactly what the processes were and explained mortgage affordability, etc. She knew lots about what we would need to do a let-to-buy mortgage (even though we didn't do that option in the end). Vanilla financial solutions have looked after my mortgage needs ever since I bought my first house.
