Chris Carlile at Thomas Mac made our mortgage process shockingly stress-free! He's truly such a lovely guy – quick, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He guided us through every step with clarity and patience. (It was our first time buying in the UK, so we required some extra hand-holding!) The insurance options made my head spin, but Chris explained everything without pressure and with endless patience for my confusion!

He truly went above and beyond – not only coming to our house for a face-to-face visit but even gifting me some cookbooks his wife didn’t want, recommending his favourite whisky and making us laugh. He also made time to watch interest rates even after we were approved, saving us money on our monthly payments at the 11th hour. Best of all, he charges NO FEES.
