From our initial consultation straight through to receiving our mortgage offer, Alicia was informative, supportive and generous with her time. Our mortgage application process hit a few bumps in the road but Alicia was absolutely amazing when reassuring us and finding products that would work for us. No question was ever too much hassle for her to answer, and she was always more than happy to talk us through each stage of the process, which as first time buyers can be a little daunting and jargon-heavy. We certainly wouldn't be able to purchase our property without her expertise and will be recommending her to everybody and anybody! We'll certainly be returning clients in future.

Alicia was fantastic! We bought at that time (you know when) when things were moving incredibly quickly. Interest rates were on the cusp of skyrocketing to the point where hopes of a home were looking desperate. Alicia was calm and got us over the line at a time that must have been incredibly difficult. And I should probably apologise for not being quite so calm at times (which was also met with calm and empathy). So this is sorry and thank you Alicia! All the very best! (Highly recommend!!)

Alicia helped us when we bought our first home and we was so glad she was there to help us. She was very friendly and to have someone with her excellent knowledge by our side made the whole experience alot more relaxing. 5 years down the line and we are still with the life insurance she set up as the price can not be beaten.
