I contact this company among a few others as recommended. At first they were very responsive which is why i chose to go further with them. Pru was wonderful with making sure that i have a meeting with Jane who is the accountant. At the meeting everything was fine and she promised to send over an email to get the ball rolling. Some weeks later i heard nothing and the got in touch with Pru who confirmed that the message was passed on to Jane. Again, nothing for a week, I then chased the third time to which i got a response from Pru as usual but this time it says that, Jane had a reflection and does not think they are the right company for me". You can imagine how confused I was. We don't have to work with each other, which is why i contacted a few on the recommendation of the list but it has taken a couple of months and a few chasing to find out. I think that was a bit unprofessional. I ticked off that task and moved on to other task only to be dragged back. Pru the assistance was wonderful and the reason i score my experience 2 stars but unfortunately, i was mainly looking for an accounting service.
