Very bad service. They increase service charges without explanation. They place you in unsafe places with unsafe people. They bully you for money. Neglect you and evict you when you most need them with zero support

Beware All landlords

If you handover over your property to Luton let squared. You will not get it back unless you go through legal means. They will make you a lot of promises when you hand the property over. However give you excuses and keep delaying the process when you want your property back. Also They will not cooperate with your solicitor.

Guaranteed rent is not worth the hassle. Avoid them like the plague. I would not go near them with a barge pole after my experience. They only care about their own interest. They do not care about the tenant, landlord or the property.

I can’t speak much for the organisation itself, however two members of staff, Cherelle & Ollie made me feel extremely comfortable and spent time with me listening and advising. They were honestly two of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life. They deserve endless commendation. We need more people like them in the world.

Be careful all landlords. They will definitely hassle you and make you go round circles. It is just not worth it. Go private or simply sell your property and invest somewhere else.

Absolutely rubbish staff, nothing gets done they just love to sit on there phones staff is very very lazy on top no repair will get done only basic so legally there back is covered that property are safe to move in. You will never get anything done by them damp leaking or no heating Absolutely useless.
