My property has had three management companies in the last ten years and BW Residential Ltd has to be the worst.

They are essentially money grabbers lining their own pockets. They only email you when they want money and when you query anything they either don’t reply or answer a completely different question. Lisa is the worst - the most inefficient person I have dealt with when dealing with management agents.

Our estate has not had an AGM for at least two years. When querying this I requested who the directors of the company were and was directed to Companies House. Everyone knows you can not get direct contact details for a director from Companies House.

If you are thinking about dealing with this company, don’t bother.

If you want a managing agent who only contacts you when they are demanding money, doesn’t initiate any AGM’s or works on the estate, and are inefficient in email contact, this is the company for you!

The last two companies we had managing our estate were far better.

Since Bernie Wales divorced with Lyn it got even worse, since we have used another company things really excelled place is clean and tidy repairs are being carried out our service charge reduced generally the brakes came of.BW are quick to threaten you but have no real concept of the company act or any care about your articles of association. They are in it for there benefit only and will simply stop answering the calls . Jamie fisk son of Lyn is also incompetent and is far to young and inexperienced. I begrudgingly have to give one star simplito leave feedback so I would suggesta mins five star rating. Simply avoid like the plague.Anybody leaving fake feedback saying stuff like they are a breath of fresh air or something like they went above and beyond probably work for or with them so don't believe a word.

Superb communication from BW Residential under leadership of Jamie Fisk who recently took over the management of our London apartment block following a word of mouth recommendation about them. Having previously dealt with a very poor management company, BW are efficient, professional and I have confidence in their handling of our service charge budget, the Freeholder-Leaseholder relationship, and they have evidenced competence in resolving difficult issues.

The most appalling customer service!!! When they finally pick up the phone, nobody is aware of the ongoing issue that the whole building is calling about for 2 weeks, then the person who “knows” will call you back. But they actually never call back and issue is never sorted for less than 3 weeks. Absolutely rubbish company!

Having dealt with numerous managing agents over the years the team at B&W are breath of fresh air, very professional with an ease of doing business. They genuinely care for their tenants and landlords and I would highly recommend their services.

Avoid this company. Being unable to manage appointments and taking over six months to resolve simple issues should be a warning. Potentially a problem with their system or business practices as the staff themselves are polite when you speak to them, unfortunately that is the only joy I've had when dealing with this company.

Genuinely the most appalling management company I have ever had dealings with. They take your money and then refuse to resolve any issues within the communal area and external area. DO NOT USE.
