Carly M supported me for over 2 years with complex feelings and I could not recommend her services enough. Thanks to her consistent support and comfort, I am now at a level of peace and happiness that I could never have previously imagined. We worked together to tackle several different issues, all while improving my navigation and understanding of relationships at the same time. The sessions always took place in a safe, comfortable environment, and Carly would offer me water and sometimes a blanket which I always appreciated. Although I am now in a much better headspace, I will miss our sessions. I also received some EMDR sessions from Marty which transformed my mindset in ways that I still don’t completely understand! Marty’s knowledge and reassurance during sessions was very healing. I will be forever grateful for the support I received from both Carly and Marty.

Fantastic service, Carley M has helped me work through issues, and taught me the tools I needed to deal with life's challenges in a much healthier and positive way. She's helped me build my confidence and believe in myself. Following a quick referral and assessment process, I worked with Sarah for 12 months. Sarah was very warm and welcoming. She made it easy for me to discuss difficult experiences and complex feelings. She listened attentively and encouraged me to revisit painful memories in a safe environment. At times, she challenged me, but always provided supportive guidance. l have had sessions with Carly for 7 months and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She has helped me with my anxiety and with changing my mindset so much. It felt so easy to speak to her and she made me feel so comfortable during the sessions.
