I wish I could give them zero star. My car value is coming above 17000 on auto traders , gurus, parkers. They estimated it 16300 thank you for another loss after car crash.

If you encounter JP Morris, Kindertons or Blackthorn during your insurance claim AVOID and make absolutely sure you speak directly with your insurance company. I inadvertently called them as they do a good job of pretending to be Direct Line on Google. They then attempted to write my vehicle off for a broken light cluster and scratched bumper. Luckily I called Direct Line to query this and they informed me that they had no record of my claim. It's a scam, they basically write vehicles off and effectively steal them from you. Presumably sucking up your personal data as well.

Absolute shambles. Didn't assess vehicle damage to a professional standard. Left me out of pocket and wumith a faulty car. Literally said they couldn't understand why tailgate had damage from a rear end collision. Allso didn't advise to replace electrical components that had had a blunt impact which failed shortly after. Very poor and probably in Kindertons back pocket Avoid !!! Attached is a photo of heat shield that they advised did not need repairing after collision. Cowboys !

I had the misfortune of dealing with JP Morris following a car accident I found them to be unhelpful at best. Further to this they lied on the report to my insurer saying that they had provided me with information that despite asking for they completely failed to provide. They were very 'this is how it is and make a decision now or you could occur charges for storage'. I very much got the impression that they felt as a young female with little experience with cars they felt they could intimidate me into making a split second decision without providing me with all the facts/details which I was requesting. Thankfully in my case that was not the case. I complained to my insurance company who were most helpful in assisting me and assured me that the information I was requesting was perfectly reasonable. Unfortunately until insurance companies stop bank rolling J P Morriss I highly doubt they will review their customer service.

Fraudsters only thin JP Morris does make false reports to sign off cars so they get hold of cars to sell on make money.
My Audi a3 scratches only nothing major and they Tey tell kindertons my car is a write off nd if I keep my car they would mark it as category N which big fat lie. Stay away from any topany dealing with JP morris they lie too much!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Staff are rude!! They don't
care... they make decisions based on opinions not facts. They returned my car today with no wing mirror making my car illegal to drive!!! So basically I now have no car which affects my job and my little one!!! I will be taking this further and I won't stop until I'm satisfied. Absolutely disgusting service, I wouldn't expect anything less from the bunch of muppets to be fair!!! Just simply avoid them and save yourself the headache. If I would have known about this company and kindertons before hand, I would have gone else where!!!!!!!!!

If your insurer instructs this company you have a right not to use them.
They do not provide a fair valuation of your vehicle and instead go off guides to obtain a value of a vehicle.

Insurance is there to indemnify customers to ensure they are put into a position that they were in before the incident had occurred.

The engineers if that is what they refer themselves to be are useless and ignore to take into account the cost of replacing the actual vehicle on the current market.

Guides are there to be used for guess what guidance not actual figures.
It seems they are living in a fantasy online world and not the real life.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Rang them for the first time as I disputed their valuation via Kindertons. Staff cut me off the line as she wasn't able to confirm when their engineer would call me to discuss. Very poor company. My car was damaged by a 3rd party non fault claim. Avoid both companies. 0 star should be right for these cowboys!!
