Outstanding service from first phone call to completion of the works.We had new insulation fitted and loft boarding,we also had loft vent flaps fitted to aid with condensation.
The guys were polite and really knowledgeable about their work.
From start to finish we were kept informed of progress and for me the icing on the cake was the excellent clean up job they did when they had finished. I would never had known they had been there. I now have loads of room to store " stuff". All in all, I am very pleased with The Attic Guys and would definitely recommend them!!.

Fantastic job by the team at The Attic Guys fitting a loft hatch, ladder and boarding to our newly purchased property. They accommodated our needs and there were discussions prior to, during and after the job to check, double check and confirm that everything was as we were expecting. Super friendly and helpful team, putting down floor protection and keeping the mess to the absolute minimum.

Looking forward to using the new storage space over the next couple of weeks!

I would not recommend using this company for a full loft project.

While they may be skilled at loft boarding, my overall experience was a disaster from start to finish. The initial timeline was set at four weeks, yet the project dragged on for seven months. I expect they’ll respond by blaming building control or other external factors, but that’s completely irrelevant.

Throughout the process, they made it clear that my project was not a priority, frequently reminding me that they had larger jobs to focus on. Communication was poor, and I was met with constant excuses and rudeness. Their approach to customer service needs serious improvement.

The subcontractors they used—plumbers and electricians hired at a low cost—were unreliable, unprofessional, and repeatedly failed to show up. I had multiple last-minute cancellations and had to endure five separate visits just to resolve a sprinkler issue.

Avoid this company if you're looking for a smooth, professionally managed loft conversion.

We are really pleased with the work The Attic Guys did to transform our loft in December 2024. The work that Filip and Clive did was excellent and involved extending the hatch, installing a loft ladder, adding insulation, part boarding the loft and adding web shelving. They kept us informed throughout the process, had good attention to the detail, were tidy and cleaned up afterwards. We now have more usable space that is well organised and is a pleasure to use. We would recommend The Attic Guys to anyone looking for a loft refurb.

Can't fault the team from the Attic Guys enough. We had our loft boarded in 2020 and had a great experience from start to finish. Over Christmas this year we had a problem with our ladder that was installed. Despite being almost 5 years since the work was done they came straight round to look at it and fixed it within 20 minutes. Highly recommended.

The Attic Guys recently boarded, insulated and installed a new hatch and ladder in my loft. Mitch and Steve were very helpful answering my questions ahead of the installation.
On the day Clive and Vejay arrived promptly and worked exceptionally hard. They protected all flooring whilst they were working, and were professional, considerate and courteous.
My loft area is very narrow - how they managed to work up there all day I have no idea but they did a fantastic job. After they'd finished they cleaned up thoroughly, even vacuuming to make sure there was no mess left behind. I would highly recommend The Attic Guys to anyone looking for a loft revamp

I could not rate these guys more highly. We had new loft boarding fitted as well as a Celotex insulation wrap. Clive and VJ were polite, efficient and a pleasure to have in my home. They arrived promptly and I was extremely impressed with how quickly they got the job done! Afterwards they cleaned up perfectly and left everything exactly as it had been. We are really pleased with the work and would happily recommend The Attic Guys to anyone.

Had The Attic Guys add insulation and part board our loft yesterday.
We had a quote which was reasonable and no pressure which always makes a huge difference with me.
Very polite and friendly and got down to work straight away.
Laid sheets down and tidied up after themselves.
The finished work exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend this company.
