Came to the office in building 1 to collect a new key fob for the entry to the building where I live. The council are improving our security.

The lady behind the counter was polite, well dressed and nice. If you have to go there go it's not to bad just a little hard to find

Had a lovely guy called Alan whom came to service my boiler and check for gas leaks etc. Going on previous workmen where they’ve been rude or moody, Alan was an absolute treat.

To the BTS worker today 17/12/24, that went to Green Court to take off a door. Really not sure what your issue or problem is, or if you woke up on the wrong side of the bed or have an issue with the COLOUR of one’s skin, but it’s really sad. If I had known you were going to be miserable and have a slight attitude although you said thank you, I would have never opened the door for you or got in the same lift. I would have shut the door on you and let you struggle, I don’t put up with crap like that because it’s unnecessary and you’re representing a company. Seek some help because it’s really sad.

One of the worst companies about in Luton honestly response time bad, most of the staff are rude, and half of them do not finish the job properly or do a poor job, have been dealing with their poor service for years, it’s like Luton council just chucked them money and said do what you want, honestly disgusting. I do believe there are some good employees from there but honestly BTS are disgraceful as a company, and I am truly surprised by the some good reviews they are getting because my house have Been with BTS for a long time and have had to put up with their nonsense.

Rang to ask if they sold the bulb for the bathroom enclosed light fitting, they did not.... now having trouble finding the S bulb....not in B&Q nor Homebase.... if they are going to fit these bulbs, they could at least sell them for when they blow.... (mine only blew due to flat upstairs having a leak due to LBC fitting a new bathroom).....

Every year I have the same issue with my boiler , every year I have to take time off work . These cowboys should be called bodge it and dodge it . Another weekend without hot water …. Absolute joke !

Need a guttering fix , been out twice … you need a drip tray they say ,I’ll talk to the boss … a few photos taken , never hear from them again .

Hopefully BTS will lose its tender to Luton Borough Council & we will get a company that gives a damn .

Tenent no heating or hot water. Carer discovered upon visit that been off 2 days. Called BTS who sent engineer out of hours. As issue could not be resolved attended following morning with further engineers and everything back up and running later in morning.
1st class service!
