This was by far the worst training course I have ever attended. The trainer lacked the necessary expertise to deliver the content effectively, and there was very little hands-on training with the PAT testers. In fact, the trainer openly admitted to having no experience using the equipment provided. The course primarily consisted of reading from a manual, with little to no opportunity for questions or further clarification. When questions were asked, the trainer was often unable to locate the relevant information in the literature. I would strongly recommend seeking alternative courses if you are looking to gain genuine competence in the subject, as this one only offers certification without real practical value.

Registered for nearly 13 years, struck off after their failings to investigate my complaint in relation to my assessment visit, failure to investigate their internal QMS failures, failure to provide myself with their Complaints Procedure despite asking multiple persons, failure to give me direct contact with the line managers despite requesting contact details multiple times, failure to even acknowledge a follow up email to check they'd received and were dealing with my complaint, let alone look in to it. All they want nowdays is your money, if its an inconvenience to them they don't care.

If you're looking at joining NICEIC (Certsure LLP trading as) then do yourselves a massive favour in advance and join NAPIT!

I complained about a contractor charging me more then the contract amount, the contractor installing inferior products than he specified in the contract, the contractor charging me for work he hadn't done. Certsure were ok with this, they only commented that the contractor needs to go back and install window cills that they missed. Everything else was ok though. I don't think they assure ethical practices or appreciate the concept of fraud. All in all a useless experience this company, I don't really know why it exists.

Part of Certsure's service is to ensure reinstatement of works if registered contractors work is not up to standard. THIS SERVICE IS A FARCE - They just kick the ball around and do NOTHING - They don't even have a documented Complaints procedure
