If there were six stars I wouldn't hesitate to give Adele 6 stars for the way she dealt with my lifetime mortgage: very clear explanations, speedy response at every stage, a plan which was a real improvement on the one I had worked out and all at a price which was over £1000 less than that offered by the other equity release advisor I was contemplating!!!! I was initially dubious about this but she said she considered it unethical to charge more than she needed to. A lovely, highly efficient and competent lady. I have already recommended her to one of my friends contemplating a lifetime mortgage.
