Jennie and Tom were helpful right from the valuation for probate, when to market the property once probate was granted and ultimately, advice when our first buyers had to withdraw. FSB recently sold our house which we had already vacated. After Tom had initially viewed the property, we dealt with Jennie. The advice we received about the possible asking price was sound; marketing materials were very well prepared. The second viewer
offered the full asking price; in fact, this was just three days after the property was put on the market.
When I subsequently popped into the office Jennie gave a useful second source of information about what was going on as regards the completion process. When it seemed to be dragging out she was able to chivvy things along or give me some further insights that I had not had from my solicitor.
