I can't recommend Steve from GMC Mortgages highly enough! He has been fantastic in helping me remortgage my house. It was quite a complex case involving a transfer of equity, a Help to Buy loan redemption and a remortgage. Steve made the whole process as simple and pain free as possible. Couldn't be happier with the service and deal I received. Steve called me at every application stage and kept me informed of what was happing from start to finish. My previous mortgage company took a final payment which confused the solicitors and Steve called both parties and sorted it out without me having to ask. The deal Steve found me allowed me to take a home improvements loan and still pay less than my previous mortgage payment. Would highly recommend using Steve.
