I am been John's client since 2016. Whenever my mortgage renewal comes up or when moving, I approach John and he just gets things done. He takes care of everything with minimal input from me. He has helped me with some complex mortgage requirements. He is thorough in his work. He always get me the best product that would not have been possible to find without him. John was our first experience with a mortgage broker and I couldn't have asked for a better person for the job. He was knowledgeable around everything mortgages, there wasn't anything he wasn't willing to help with or explain and we are very appreciative of his expertise during our first purchase, even with the first sale falling through due to the sellers pulling out he was able to assist getting the mortgage moved over to a new property. Couldn't recommend him more highly.
