It's been almost a year since i had Nicola helping me through the process of my first mortgage. It was a lengthy, stressful and convoluted process, dealing with solicitors, banks and estate agents but one that was made that bit easier with the help of Nicola. She was the one constant throughout the process that i felt was actually on my side when it felt like no one else cared enough to help solve the problems i was facing. Incredibly professional, responsive and helpful.
