From the very first telephone consultation Ian was professional, friendly and generous with his time and knowledge.

In what was a very stressful time, Ian helped put me at ease and took the enormity and complexity of my situation and helped break it down into defined steps to be taken one at a time. Fantastic service with great people!

Being a first time buyer I was nervous about purchasing a property and starting a journey I knew little about. The first conversation I had with Ian immediately put me at ease. He explained the process of purchasing a property and what to expect in a friendly manner and never made me feel like I was asking silly questions. As first-time buyers, this was a completely new process for us, but Ian and Roisin ensured that we were able to get a mortgage at an effective rate in the current climate, worked incredibly well and quickly with our solicitor and were always available to call to discuss any questions, options and issues.

Ian was also brilliant to discuss insurance with to ensure that our finances are protected in an array of circumstances.

I was very worried about starting the process of buying a house, from arranging phone calls etc around my awkward times of work and not being able to get time off, to understanding policies.

From my first phone call, which was arranged around my work times easily (I was very grateful for this) everything was clearly explained, no questions were stupid questions, and was always happy to help.
