As a person who had worked hard with a final salary pension when I reached 55 I decided to look at my options for retiring. The yearly payout from what I thought was a gold standard pension was enough to live but I want to enjoy my retirement and be comfortable. I did my due diligence and decided the only option would be to transfer my DB pension into a SIPP. This was a lot more difficult than I had foreseen thinking I could sign a few forms and reinvest. After a few weeks of research I decided on Cameron James to help me transfer my pension. I judge people and form an opinion very quickly and from the first zoom call I felt comfortable with Dominic. It was a formal but caring and relaxed conversation about what I wanted to achieve with the reinvestment, future times not just a slick sales pitch. Cameron James made the whole process very transparent and although it took months (not their fault) I was kept updated regularly and any documents where sent through immediately for me to review and sign. Dealing with Dominic James Murray and his impressive team have been a joy to work with from day one. I wholeheartedly recommend Cameron James. My partner (Jane) is also now with Cameron James as is a very close friend. I wouldn't dream of recommending them unless I trusted the advice I've been given and the return on capital invested to date.
