Avoid this company. We bought travel insurance from Travel Insurance Saver underwritten by Rothwell & Towler / Axa. After a tragic incident during our holiday when my mother-in-law sadly passed away, all companies associated with this process have been completely devoid of compassion. The service promised to us during this ordeal was never upheld & fell woefully short of what they said they would provide for us.

I wouldn’t bother going with this company. They stall for time hoping you will forget about the claim. I lost my iPad on a flight (I got gadget insurance as an extra). The claim has taken over a month now and they are still asking for the same information (IMEI number and service provider report) which doesn’t exist as it’s a WI-FI only iPad. I have called and email countless times with evidence that it doesn’t exist, even a report from apple support saying it doesn’t exist and they are telling me they can’t process the claim without it. Yes, they may be on the cheaper side for insurance but it comes at a price, (bad customer service and stalling) go for a more reliable insurance company that doesn’t hold your money that you’re entitled to from you.

Worst insurance company I have dealt with, bar none, in my many years of travel. Hiding behind terminology to get out of paying for a damaged personal item whilst on holiday - apparently as I didn't report I had dropped my watch on the floor of my apartment to the owner I can't claim. So, there was no damage to the rental property just my personal belongings, however I should have let the owner know (really), as I didn't my claim is rejected. AVOID this company at all costs!!! I am in process of referring to the financial services ombudsman.

Cheapest by far for existing medical conditions
Staff seem knowledgable and professional. Also friendly and polite.

Offered full refund last year when flights were cancelled. Everything else was cancelled and refunded by individual providers, so happy to accept.

Hopefully, I won't have to test their claims department.

This place provided me with reasonably priced travel insurance. The quote was quick and easy. The coverage offered is excellent for the price. I have not had to use it yet and hope to keep it that way but it is nice to know its there.

The staff are lovely. My only critism is the lengthy wait time I had once I got the quote to confirm the purchase. This was in my opinion unreasonably long.
