Absolutely awful company. Tried sending us bills when we have no arrangement or contract in place with them. No details of the company are on the letters sent out only a return address on the envelope, very unprofessional and rude staff.

Since changing to Peninsula management just over a year ago for our property, Rupert & James have done a fantastic job for us. Over 10 contracts have been changed, not only getting better service, but also better value for money. They have been very professional in their approach to managing our block, and we look forward to working with them in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other people requiring block management.

"This management company consistently overcharges residents and provides poor service. Residents are being burdened with exorbitant fees for subpar maintenance and services. It's unacceptable that we're paying more for less. Additionally, the lack of responsiveness and professionalism from the management team exacerbates the frustration. We deserve better treatment and fair pricing for the services provided. It's time for the management company to prioritize the needs and concerns of the residents and improve their service quality."
