Absolutely awful service. You will be kept waiting at least 1hr past your appointment time. Nobody ever gets back to you after leaving a dozen request to be called back. The simple task they are meant to do is file tax returns was not done on-time and am now faced with £100 fine from HMRC. Do yourself a favour and find a capable accountant or do it yourself online. I don't think this is an accounting company, more likely a money laundering company.
