I didn't actually call into the branch, but tried to ring them on their local phone number, but I got someone in South Africa! Who thought it was very funny that I thought I was speaking to someone in England! Apparently they have now shut the Crewe branch, so I can't even call in to my local branch any more. I am certainly not driving all the way to Macclesfield!!!!! ☹️

Made a complaint and have just been informed that it will take 8 weeks for someone to look at it and respond. This is after a Live Chat was cut off and I had to start the process all over again. Once again the service provided by Swindon Insurance leaves a lot to be desired
