I booked Knox Facilities Management to dismantle and remove my large, concrete garage. Considering the roof had to be handled very carefully given the risk of asbestos, the quote was reasonable. They arrived on time and the two guys worked non-stop to make sure they finished that day. They were very pleasant hard working and professional.
I wouldn't hesitate in using this firm for any other jobs they could take on and I will definitely recommend Knox Facilities Management to all my friends and family.

This is an excellent company. I haven't needed to use an asbestos company before, but I needed to get a quote for the removal of my old garage. They came out to assess it and confirmed that the roof was asbestos. A quote followed for removal of the whole garage (I wanted the whole thing to go, not just the roof) and I went ahead. The workers were grafters and got on with things from start to finish. Safety masks/overalls were worn and they were very professional. I'm always a bit wary of having workmen in but I had no problem at all with these men. Their organising and 'getting the job done' attitude was second to none. Thank you Knox Facilities. Tony was great, really helpful and explained the differences in asbestos types to me. He did a thorough survey of the property, which I'm hoping to buy. He also gave an estimate of the costs of any removal, if I'm likely to disturb any of it by doing renovation work. This has given me the peace of mind to know that my offer is reasonable and be able to move on with the purchase. Thanks Tony! Great job, well done!

When our builder said we had asbestos I was filled with dread. However after one conversation with Tony I was immediately put at ease. Excellent service and price from Tony and the guys at Knox. Would highly recommend
