Absolutely brilliant course, been on a few of these were it’s just a sit down & listen for 8 hours. Steve makes the course as easy going as he can while still providing some brilliant H&S lessons. By a long way the best I’ve been on & have highly recommended it to everyone else needing to do it. Cracking food put on all day too 👏. 10/10

We were very surprised to read the review from Mr Watt regarding his recent training course experience. West Derby Golf Club have been dealing with Courtley's H & S for the last 5 years and a number of our staff have attended a variety of training courses of which Steve has been the instructor. We all agreed that the way Steve conducts his presentation is very informative, constructive and the way he presents is very engaging. Yes, he has got a jovial way about him which we believe is a very interactive way of teaching. I have recommended a number of friends to this company and would highly recommend them again in the future. Even thought the tutor (Steve) was very knowledgeable he tended to go off on a tangent which wasn't related to course subject. He tended to take the mickey out of people maybe to make himself feel better and obtain laughs from the audience. My advice don't attend if you take offence easily. We weren't shown how to erect a PASMA tower and I had never put up a mini scaffold tower before yet again he poked fun at others and myself and expected us to know it, told us to refer to the manufacturers instructions, yet when I did this he told me a different way.

To sum up, possibly the worst course I have attended.

Just passed my smsts course recently and gotta say Steve Kell made the intense course enjoyable and really made the course enjoyable as he possibly could .Courtley have really excelled in getting him ,but it doesn't surprise me after only being involved with Courtley through my present employers for the past 18 months I have nothing but great admiration for a superb company
