Attended a course recently and was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that the tutor displayed. Upon arrival I was giving a clear outline of what to expect and what would be required of me. I asked many questions of Tom (our trainer) and he managed to answer everyone of them perfectly. I really like the all-inclusive cost price with no hidden extras like I have experienced with other companies providing similar services. I’ll be using Goldcross again for my training needs.

Just done a 5day SMSTS course with Tom who presented the course extremely well and made me feel at ease when I felt a bit out of my depth he explained things to make it easier for me to understand and was always giving praise for good work always willing to stay on after if any help was needed or if you wanted a chat about anything. Prepped us very well for the exam everything we needed to know he covered first time using goldcross but definitely recommend and wil be letting my company know how good my experience was thanks Tom

Completed my smsts with Tom last week. I can not praise the bloke enough. Very engaging, knowledgeable, open and honest. Gave training catered to each person's needs and put the course in understandable content based on each person's work place role. In doing so delivered a great course. He is a credit to Goldcross and I'd hope a very valued employee.

The training was engaging and relevant. The instructor Tom was a top geeza and done very well. The only problem I had was there was one divvy women who got another member kicked off the course. Felt sorry for him. Plus if you been to tenerife she had been to elevenarife! She spoke more than the tutor and done everyone's head in. She also happened to be sat next to me all week. But that was out of their control. Would recommend the training from them very highly.

Found this training excellent, really thorough all information explained well. The trainer (Tom) was very patient and took time to explain things to us individually if we struggled. Very professionally delivered course and easy to find premises.
