If I could leave 0 stars I would - Another Year, a new name for Constructionline, now Once For All.

New name doesnt change the problems, staff do not know what they are assessing, I'm getting things rejected with no explanation - requirements that were met previously somehow are wrong this year, yet they are the same requirements

Pour le moment une catastrophe !! j'ai obtenu un appel d'offre mais on ne m'avait pas précisé qu'il fallait s'inscrire sur ce site pour le valider définitivement. je l'ai donc fais et ils vous prennent 700 €HT sur la plateforme et après c'est le carnage. je n'arrive pas à faire valider mon profil, à chaque fois pour une raison différente, un coup ce n'est pas noté sur mon attestation RCPRO que j'ai bien payé ma cotisation, je vois donc avec mon assurance pour leur envoyer une attestation de paiement, toujours pas bon car maintenant il faut les polices d'assurance (me l'indiquer dès le 1er mail aurait été une bonne idée et un gain de temps) je les contacte par téléphone et il ne retrouve pas le mail que j'ai reçu de leur part, aucun historique, et quand je leur explique que je ne peux pas mettre les 3 documents d'un coup pour valider ma RCPRO on m'explique qu'il faut déposer un qui sera refusé sous 24h, ensuite mettre un 2ème document qui sera refusé également sous 24h pour pouvoir mettre le dernier document pour enfin validé ma RCPRO qui est 1 document parmi tant d'autres que je dois fournir... la simple explication que l'on me donne c'est que leur système est comme ça et qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire.... alors que c'est leur logiciel de travail... on marche sur la tête.
