I went to M P Finacial Services (Cross Hands) to buy my first house. I met Neil and kirsty to begin my daunting journey for a mortgage. With their experience, knowledge and exclusive service. They provided me with great products to make my dream a reality. I have now completed on my house within 8 weeks which was quicker then I expected. Neil and his team Kirsty and Kelly did a fantastic job helping us get our remortgage sorted out. Neil also did amazing work with finding us the lowest interest rate mortgage lender with the purchase of our second property we were always kept informed and advised throughout whole process. Would definitely recommend MP Finance Services for their professional work and advice.

Used MP Services for our mortgage, had to chase them after two weeks as they had forgotten to get back to us and the phone line wasn't answering. They did eventually get us a good mortgage. However after that their responsiveness was very slow, when it came to contents and life cover we ended up sorting ourselves due to no repsonse, only to after be chased constantly by them to see if they could better our deal. After giving them all the information they needed and chased us for, they said they would sit down the next day and get back to us. It's been 2 months and nothing since then. Very frustrating. They got us a mortgage, but I wouldn't use them again.

I have to say, everyone has different experiences with companies, but I haven’t had any issues with this company. The ladies and Neil have supported and kept in touch with us throughout. They got us our home and even done our re mortgage. I’ve recommended to friends
