I had used them before for 2 Mortgages ,they were slow but we got the mortgage sorted in time. I wanted to re-mortgage and send the documents for review and then only I was supposed to sign the terms of contract as discussed between us. They did not respond for a week , chased them and reply I got that "they will take time out to review my documents" , waited for another 1 week - still no response. I realised the patten , called them - assuming that thet will have an update - but no.I then instructed them not to bother. I found them unprofessional and without any apology . They wasted my 2 weeks as I needed my mortgage sorted. The person I dealt with was Miren.
