I visited Bias on Thursday after hearing from a friend how fantastically helpful they were regarding many issues. I need to be re-homed (being a 'vulnerable' 70 year old) because my flat has just gone into receivership. I have been very distressed but after the meeting at Bias, I had, with a wonderful, professional, knowledgeable, caring, young man, I left the meeting feeling so much more at ease, knowing I had been listened too, and been given help and guidance to the way forward. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went. To BIas last year The staff were amazing and very helpful .As the elderly irish my age need some assistance at some stage its great to have Bias .Thank you

Contacted BIAS about my 91yo housebound Mum about their phone service set up over the COVID isolation period as. Was told service was not available, couldn't my Mum go to their events in Cricklewood. Explained my Mum had difficulty with steps and stairs and was feeling more lonely as previous visitors were now back to normal routine . All BIAS staff member could suggest was to attend event in Cricklewood. Staff member for BIAS was very unhelpful.
