If I could I would give this a negative star. Instructed them to invest protecting capital as much as possible . Investment lost a fortune and they charge a massive fee for the privilege. Staff moved on in shame no doubt. Better off putting money to use in Wetherspoon. They even said if you would have gone high risk you wouldn’t have lost as much. Financial Advisor!!!!?

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!!!
My partner had paid over £5,000 in fees without ever seeing an adviser, and was charged £750 just to make a small withdrawal from his pension. He was told to take it or leave it by a very rude old man.

We have never been spoken to like we were in our lives.

Horrific communication.
Used their services for a mortgage offer, got an AIP and then they fell off the face of the earth, gave them numerous of opportunities to help find us a new rate and support our application. Was told we'll call you back, we'll email you something over. Parkhall did not manage the process at all, had zero structure in place for dealing with a new mortgage offer for a new build.
We enlisted their services and gave them ample of opportunities but received nothing, a polite email saying we have no time or do not wish to proceed with us would have been fine but they kept promising to reply and never did.
Plenty of other reputable businesses our there that manage your application from start to finish and want your business.
