No one ever pics the phone. Anytime I pick the phone. When I attended the nearest citizen Advice Bureau me (Harlesden library) near I was turned away and told I can't speak to anyone unless I book an appointment or come very early in the morning. The service is very good.

As others have posted it’s virtually impossible to get in contact with them, I woke up at 7am to get to the Willesden branch, they told me they have no employment specialists, and that someone will call me this week. I received a call that only popped up for virtually one second before I could even answer then a voicemail of someone tapping. They didn’t attempt to call back. I tried to call back and I couldn’t get through the call just ended. This is ridiculous

This service is nonexistent!
I have been calling the number for citizens advice Brent since 2021 and as a person who suffers with mobility difficulties after being struck by a vehicle and left to suffer with no help from anyone in the borough who claim to be there to help and support people in need. I’ve had multiple issues since 2021 with my landlord, being struck by a car in 2022 and continuous issues with Brent council trying to EXTORT money from people they shouldn’t be.
Trying to get help and support in Brent is like trying to get blood from a stone.. don’t hold your breath..

Citizens Advice offices keep themselves busy with vulnerable people by making endless appointments to appear active while their time passes, ensuring they get their salaries, all while sucking up public and taxpayer money without providing real help.

Staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful.My adviser (Ben) was super amazing,delt all my issues and questions with ease and confidence. I would recommend this Branch to my friends and family that need GOOD ADVICE

To make an appointment intelligent smart agents working there who are always willing to help for 3 they do make a difference and it is worthwhile service environment is clean and tidy and the staff of very helpful im very pleased you have come here to see the help that I needed from the citizens advice bureau Brent
