I’ve been attending Upright Body Renewal for about five months, and the transformation in my life has been remarkable. This really works. The practice of ABC might be relatively new but it’s improved my posture in ways that osteopathy, massages and personal training couldn’t, given that ABC realigns the spine instead of working muscles which won’t reach the misaligned parts of the spine anyway.
