I called to get some horse insurance. The lady on the phone took all the details and we were chatting away about various things. She said she would speak to the underwriters, I thought maybe because of the purchase price of the horse. She called me back to say that they would not insure him because he kicks.The lady who took the call thought that I said my horse kicks. In fact, I said that that I went to an event where I saw a horse kick out at another and it prompted me into getting some horse insurance sorted! Now they have my horse convicted as a horse which kicks when this is NOT TRUE. I don't know if this will make a difference with other insurers but I am mad as hell! Unbelievable.
