Tom and the team at Peak Fire are amazing. In the late stages of my flat sale I found out my block needed a new FRAEW due to the previous one having been completed by Adam Kiziak. Luckily, my property management company reached out to Peak Fire to arrange for a new assessment. Tom and the team worked quickly to arrange a date to visit my block to conduct the assessment and produce an EWS1 which was gladly accepted by my buyer’s mortgage lender. They saved my property sale! I cannot thank Tom and the team enough for their incredible work, fast and precise communication and genuine care for both their work and the community. These guys are heroes. THANK YOU!!!!
